My name is Erica. I live in Tomah, Wisconsin in a beautiful house. My partner and I run a group home system for adults with chronic, mental illnesses. Although it is challenging... I love it. I have been there for over nine years. About a year and a half ago, we became certified to take in two clients of our own... we have a big enough house... 4500 square feet! It's going well. We've known the girls for many years and are glad that we could give them a good home.
Besides running the group home, I also teach undergraduates at the University of Phoenix. My current classes consist of Health Care Management... right up my alley.
I have a Bachelors (BBA in Organizational Management) and a Masters (MBA in Healthcare Administration). I am currently working toward my PhD in Psychology.
We have a beautiful 11 year-old daughter, Merceydeis, and five furry children. Tres is a Chihuahua, Olie is a Fox Terrior and Jasmyn is a Siberian Husky. We also have two cats, Cyanna and Stormie. All of our animals are "rescue" animals.
In my spare time, I enjoy camping in the summer (we have a 34-foot RV). I'm an avid reader and LOVE my NOOK. I'm also a TV show junkie. Although I do not get a lot of time to watch movies, I do love my TV shows! And last, but not least, I am a HUGE paper crafter. I scrapbook, rubber stamp, alter items, and so much more.
