This card took quite a while because the entire stamped image is colored with Pearl Ex on acetate. Here's what I did... I stamped my Rose Collage image onto a piece of clear acetate. Then I ran the acetate through my Xyron (sticky side on back of image). You fill in the image with the Pearl Ex or Perfect Pearls using a paintbrush. It's actually very meticulous. If you don't go slow or if you're not careful the Pearl Ex can spread or "jump" across the lines and into another section of color.
Then you run the image through the Xyron again (sticky side on the Pearl Ex side) and stick it on to black (or very dark) paper. This really makes the image and Pearl Ex pop (before you mat it, it won't look very pretty). I used shiny purple cardstock to do some matting because that also makes the image pop. I added a couple of embellishments and bling to top it off.
