I am so sad that I haven't been able to post my blog candy. There were numerous reasons for wanting to do the blog candy. (1) You guys are awesome! (2) It was National Scrapbooking Day on May 2nd! (3) It was my birthday on April 29th! (4) And I participated in a blog candy chain where I need to post a special kind of blog candy. So, what's been going on with me? Well, for starters, I'm the PTO President at my daughter's school and I was in charge of teacher appreciation. I put together a special luncheon for them by myself. (I have a problem delegating.) What else? I volunteer at my daughter's dance studio and develop the program every year for their recital... and let me tell you, I put a lot of work into them and they are awesome! Plus, work has been crazy and I doubled up on classes this term. Blah! Anyway, here's an 8x8 page that I did a few weeks ago.
Isn't it absolutely darling! That's Merceydeis with Great Grandma. I used the Amberly Grace paper collection from TAC. "These are the moments I want to remember forever" is a rub-on from My Mind's Eye. Of course, I used my scalloped punches for the circles AND I used decorative scissors for the paper on the right. I haven't used decorative scissors in FOREVER! I hope you enjoy this "eye" candy for now... until I get a chance to put together my special blog candy! I'm sorry I haven't been around as much. I haven't even had a chance to search around YOUR blogs! I'm having withdrawals! I'll try to keep in touch more after my "volunteering" season ends. Luv you guys!
